Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. However, due to the nature and the limited availability of slots, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.
2. The reservation will not be confirmed until full payment.
   
3. If the credit card to be billed is lacking enough funds or is denied, the reservation will automatically be canceled.
   
4. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time, lateness, or failure to show up for the tour, will not be eligible for a refund.
5. In the event that we need to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour for another available date.
6. To request a cancellation or reschedule, guests must contact us via email or phone at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.
7. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the booking. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
8. If a guest decides to proceed with the tour despite not feeling well and later chooses to discontinue the tour, no refund will be provided, and they will be responsible for arranging their own transportation back to the starting point or their accommodation. It is important for guests to assess their health condition before joining the tour to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for themselves and others.
9. Guests are required to adhere to the rules and instructions provided by the tour guide throughout the duration of the tour. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the guest being asked to leave the tour. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the guest will be responsible for arranging their own transportation back to the starting point or their accommodation. It is essential for all guests to respect the guidelines set forth by the tour guide to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone participating in the tour.
